Franco founded the law firm in 1994, and has been an Italian lawyer for more than twenty-five years, registered with the Perugia's Law Society, n° 709. He is also qualified to provide representation before the Italian Supreme Court, "Corte di Cassazione".

Born in Umbertide on May 17, 1984. Filippo graduated in Law at Perugia's University and qualified as an Expert in contract law and negotiation, for national and international small and medium business enterprises.
He has collaborated with the University of Malta and Legal firms for many years, establishing strong and professional relationships. Filippo is also a Spanish Lawyer, registered at the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.
Since 2013 he has been an Italian lawyer registered with the Perugia's Law Society, n°2887.

He has worked in Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States for various firms, and legal companies, gaining professional skills and valuable legal experience. This also has enabled him to cultivate and maintain professional contacts.
